Returns and exchanges
All items purchased are final sale. In the rare occasion that a defective or wrong product was received, you are eligible for an exchange or a store credit of equal value (please see our detailed policy and next steps outlined below).

Defective / wrong product
We stand by the quality and accuracy of our products; therefore, will exchange or offer a store credit of equal value for any product that is deemed defective. Because we want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, please contact us at imfreethankgod@gmail.com so we can quickly remediate any issue within 15 days of the delivery date.
To expedite processing, please include the following:
∙ Your order number, name and email used on the order.
∙ Specify the concern: original product ordered versus the actual product received including the style/design, color and size.
∙ Attach a picture of the product(s), clearly showing the type of defect (e.g., wrong size or wrong item).
Refunds
As noted above, all sales are final. In the rare occasion that a defective or wrong product was received, you are eligible for an exchange or a store credit of equal value (please see our detailed policy and next steps outlined above).
Please be aware that fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in resolution and other display settings.
If you forgot to enter a discount or offer code, we are unfortunately unable to adjust or resubmit your order due to software and supplier limitations. Once your order is submitted, it will immediately be processed; therefore, please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
